Forums are not designed to be places for you to advertise per se, but as places for you to network and show off your area of expertise.  The idea being that you will impress the forum users of your prowess in your particular field and then they will either contact you directly or check out your website.  You should always add a link to your website on your signature because that boosts your popularity with the search engines.

This forum is only for business owners or people interested in business so you will be connecting with people who are similar to you.  They might have faced the same problems you have faced so you might be able to help them or they might be able to help you.

Popular topics are
  1.  How do I solve this problem?  (like getting more visitors to my website, for example)
  2.  I've found this really useful information and want to share it.  (Useful contact or method of doing something that you think would be good for others to know)
  3.  Please look at my website and tell me what you think. (Very popular with new businesses who know that posting on forums is a good way to get instant traffic)
  4.  The economic situation
  5.  Just an introduction of yourself to other members.

Why not give one of these a go now?  The least you could do is just post an introduction of yourself and your business.
