Meeting frequency - would fortnightly be better? See poll

Hi Guys and Gals

I wondered what other members think about our meetings at LABC Donny being weekly. Is it really necessary, or would fortnightly be better? Personally I think that if we're strict with our own attendance it could work really well and improve attendance.

Firstly let me say that I truly feel that as a network group we are doing well, and I am very pleased and impressed with the amount of referrals being passed within the room. I am however becoming concerned with the amount of non-attendances over the past month. The model is based on a certain number of people paying a fixed monthly fee which covers the cost of the room. Are we currently spending more than we bring in? If this is so would a twice monthly meeting be more cost effective? I also feel that if we meet every two weeks we would see an improvement in attendances this in turn hopefully would encourage any guests to join the group as the prospect of doing business in the a room, which is well attended, would increase.

I Agree with Damian,

I would be better work wise to be able to attend fortnightly and I have talked to a lot of people why say ' i meet once a week already on certain netowrks across the region. carnt do two mornings a month'!
